Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, as a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will provide the GTM, Product, & Operations teams with administrative and operational support. The Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our company continues to strive toward streamlining the entire lead-to-cash process by fostering collaboration, efficiency, and accountability within Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader company.
You will be responsible for helping to lead the integration and automation of business systems and processes. You will be responsible for enabling the team with your technical expertise and resources, as well as leverage and maintain our tech stack. In this role, you will own processes, manage various business software platforms, hold team members accountable, and continuously find opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate is a true team player with a strong passion for building and maintaining a systematic, repeatable, and predictable approach to sales, renewals, and upsells. They are passionate about turning data into valuable insights, administering tools and platforms, and leading projects like lead routing and audience segmentation. Significant experience with marketing automation is a key requirement.



Job requirements

Your Job

  • Partner with GTM, Product, & Operations stakeholders to define organization-wide business systems, processes, and integration strategies.

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team as the subject matter expert to identify and implement process improvements to our overall technology stack.

  • Drive the use of established GTM & Finance automation solutions to automate workflows that improve efficiency and reduce reliance on manual operations

  • Bring our marketing automation and CRM alignment to the next level, leading critical programs like lead nurturing and account-based marketing.

  • Champion the development and enhancement of new GTM automation solutions.

  • Analyze, test, recommend, and implement new features from vendor product releases.

  • Facilitate system support and training for all managed systems

  • Develop documentation for requirements, operational policies, and procedures, as well as documentation for all managed solutions.

  • Assume responsibility for user management (provision, maintenance, and decommissioning of roles).

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Hubspot and other Marketing automation technology.

  • Deep knowledge of Hubspot and integrating this with other tech stacks.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English language).

  • Demonstrable experience with process automation.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Sales technology; proactively researches ways to enhance the overall tech stack.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.

  • Experience with other tools in our stack/and or similar tools: Vitally (Customer Success), Zoominfo & Lusha (Sales intelligence), Chorus (conversation intelligence)

  • Experience in business intelligence and/or subscription management & billing tools.
