Your Mission

As Foleon’s QA Your ultimate goal and purpose is to make sure only the most reliable code makes it to production. By knowing everything about our application, you provide the right feedback to our development team


Your Focus

  • Make sure that only the most reliable code make it to production

  • Help your team improve the quality of the product

  • Make sure Quality is embedded in the whole software development process

  • You discuss with your team on what level we want to test the risks that we see (unit, integration, E2E, enz…) (Testautomation pyramid)

  • Talk with your team and the Business stakeholders to define a risk based test approach

  • Organize exploratory test sessions

Your Competences

  • Analytical and organized

  • Good at prioritizing

  • A clear communicator and a teamplayer

  • Good at making decisions and assessing risk

  • Able to share your vision and ideas and sharing this with your team members

  • Most at home in a fast paced environment


Your Qualifications

  • You're a fluent English communicator (written and verbally)

  • You have a technical bachelor's or master's degree

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles as a Software Tester or a QA Engineer

  • You have experience with Context-Driven Testing, preferably within a scale-up environment.

  • You have knowledge of Webservices, code repo/review tools like GIT and BitBucket.

  • You have experience with Cypress, Rest Assured, and React.

  • You have knowledge and experience on SOLID principles, and unit/widget and integration testing;
