As a member of a Scrum team, with your direct and indirect efforts, you will be contributing to our entire platform. We are looking for continuous improvement, not only in our codebase but in our ways of working, to maximize the value we bring to our customers. You love to coach and mentor individuals and teams, bring ideas and motivate your peers and teams to bring everyone forward.
Support one of our product teams working with Scrum and our platform team working on Kanban
Solidify the understanding of Scrum and Agile, the values behind it within and around your team(s).
Monitor the progress of the sprint and sprint goals, raise flags when you see them with the leadership group of your modules proactively.
Monitor and uncover dependencies before they become blockers
Improve collaboration and communication within & between the teams.
Be vigilant on teaching your Scrum Team(s) on following their agreements with each other and others, such as DoR, DoD and more.
Highlight organizational bottlenecks and collaborate with the Engineering Managers to resolve them
Guide the team(s) to remove any impediments by themselves, whilst shielding them from distractions
Recognise anti-patterns and lead the team on removing them.
As a very close ally to the PO, coach or mentor them depending on their experience level. i.e. offer insight into how value is sliced (vertical vs horizontal) and ensure the team engagement when refining PBIs
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager of your module on bringing the team, module and organization level challenges.
Guide, coach and mentor the other Scrum Masters
Ability to coach the organization on its agile mindset
Teaching and coaching
5 years of work experience in coaching and facilitating group processes
Solid Experience with different Agile methodologies, starting with Scrum and Kanban
Experience in crafting OKRs
Experience facilitation workshops for a bigger audience
Experience on using Liberating Structures
Ideally Scrum Master PSM II certified or equivalent
Agile Coach certification desired
