Your Mission

An Account Executive at Foleon will spend their day speaking to prospective customers, diagnosing business challenges, and showcasing our product's value. Rather than hard sell, as a trusted advisor, your focus is on understanding our market inside out and using your passion and people skills to guide prospects in making informed decisions.

You'll manage a dynamic pipeline, handling various opportunities to drive revenue for the company and providing a solid ROI for our customers.

Your Job

  • Full cycle sales position progressing new business opportunities from inception to close.

  • Regularly meet or exceed monthly/quarterly new business targets.

  • Self-source 30% of your pipeline to maintain healthy coverage.

  • Take a consultative approach when engaging and presenting to prospective customers, emphasizing business value over feature/function.

  • Flex your business acumen by leading discovery, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources.

  • Execute our proven processes to maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Hubspot.

  • Keep Foleon honest by articulating customer needs, issues and trends to the product team.

  • Represent Foleon at trade shows, industry events and other off-site engagements.

  • True ownership over the results; always finding a way to ensure an appropriate level of pipeline coverage to achieve their targets.

Your Qualifications

  • You are a top performer in a sales role with 3+ years of experience closing new business in the technology sector or similar complex sales cycles.

  • You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.

  • Familiar with the marketing technology sector

  • Demonstrable experience in a role requiring consultative selling. Comfortable with sales cycles ranging from 1-6 months.

  • Proven experience sourcing your own sales opportunities

  • Highly effective in both written and oral communication. Knowing Dutch is a plus.
