Your Mission
As a senior executive, it will be your mission to co-navigate the company through the next growth cycle. You’ll have the overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations. Next to the finance team, you’ll also manage the legal, Revops, and HR teams.

Your Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire the Finance and Legal team (later potentially the RevOps and HR team will be added to your responsibilities)
Manage the financial operations of the company and provide leadership and focus to ensure that they operate efficiently and comply with applicable compliances, laws, and company policies
Oversee accounting operations (including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll), financial reporting, and internal controls - ensuring healthy cash flow and smooth operations
Responsible for setting up bonus/commission plans and monthly/quarterly bonus/commission calculations
Lead initiatives to further optimize our profitability and efficient growth
Provide financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives to assess ROI, risks/rewards, go-to-market assumptions, costs, etc
Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc insight into SAAS Metrics, analysis, and reporting to the leadership team and investors, ensuring a high degree of quality, timeliness, accuracy, and business insight
Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts and annual budgets
Improve and scale financial systems, tools, and processes by evaluating and implementing new technology and policies
Provide strategic guidance on growth, M&A and related financing
Help the business build decision-making discipline, have strategic involvement, learning the business rather than only reporting on the numbers
Advise on compensation strategy including equity and bonus planning
Member of the Executive Leadership Team, trusted partner to the broader leadership team, acting as adviser and challenger to ensure the business goals, resources, and processes are appropriate and delivered.
Build and maintain valuable partnerships with existing and potential new investors

Your Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in an efficiency-driven SaaS business. Expert in SaaS metrics and subscription-based services.
Master's degree in Finance, preferably also an Executive Master of Finance & Control (RC)
Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and finances is essential
Experience working in a VC/PE-backed SaaS company
Knowledge of financing/ experience with raising rounds of financing and/or exits
Managerial experiences relating to Legal, RevOps, and HR is a plus
