Your Mission

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customers’ revenue growth by optimizing the customer journey after acquisition through retention and expansion, driving engagement, and increasing lifetime value. You will develop and execute strategies that nurture our customer relationships, ensuring they understand and experience the value of our platform, leading to expansion.

This can be done through various channels, such as social media (ads), email, in-app promotion, webinars, or our own Foleon Docs. You will decide together with the content marketer(s) how to target the right audience segments at the right time in line with our customer content calendar.

You’ll report to the Director of Customer Marketing. The Content and Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in the GTM department. Working closely with the product marketing manager, customer content marketers, and designer. you will build seamless customer journeys. Key internal stakeholder teams besides Product are Customer Success and Account Management to help prepare our customers for successful growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, goal-oriented, enjoys experimenting, and has a commercial mindset. More creative skills such as copywriting and design experience are desired, to be able to execute autonomously if needed.



Your Job

  • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key touchpoints to enhance engagement and expansion.

  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, upsell, and win-back initiatives.

  • Use customer data to segment audiences and deliver personalized experiences that resonate with specific customer needs and preferences.

  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and campaign performance to inform strategies and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, account management, and customer success, to align lifecycle marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Develop and deliver content that supports lifecycle campaigns, including emails, webinars, and in-app messages.

  • Design and implement programs that increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and build long-term loyalty, with a key focus on expansion.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Experience in analyzing customer data, segmentation, and campaign performance metrics to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages tailored to various audience segments (in collaboration with the content marketers)

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS scale-up
