Your Mission

As the Corporate Development Manager, you will turn business ideas into financially sound initiatives that drive sustainable growth. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll partner with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to validate opportunities, measure ROI, and guide resource allocation.

You’ll bridge financial data and decision-making by delivering clear insights, market context, and recommendations, while ensuring validated business cases are piloted, tracked with KPIs, and shared with stakeholders to enable smarter decisions across the company.


Your Job

  • Build and maintain business cases for strategic initiatives, pricing changes, and expansion opportunities.

  • Analyze unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods, gross margin by segment).

  • Support leadership with ROI analysis and cost-to-serve modeling.

  • Provide market context (competitor moves, market sizing, customer segment trends).

  • Identify growth opportunities across products, geographies, and customer types.

  • Support leadership with churn/retention insights and expansion recommendations.

  • Lead cross-functional pilots (e.g., pricing tests, GTM plays).

  • Track performance of initiatives with clear KPIs and report learnings.

  • Translate analysis into action and ensure execution follow-through.

  • Support fundraising, M&A readiness, and investor communications.

  • Build and maintain the internal data room and fundraising FAQ.

  • Support due diligence processes and valuation analysis.

Job requirements

Your Competencies & Skills

  • Have strong financial modeling and commercial acumen, and able to build business cases, and understand SaaS metrics, pricing, and cohort analysis.

  • Have excellent strategic and market analysis skills – capable of benchmarking competitors, sizing markets, analyzing churn and retention, and spotting trends.

  • Be highly effective in project management and execution to lead pilots, define KPIs, plan GTM strategies, and deliver measurable results.

  • Analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights and interpret complex financial and market data to support strategic decisions, due diligence, and growth initiatives.

  • True ownership over the results; always finding a way to ensure an appropriate level of pipeline coverage to achieve their targets.

Your Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Business Operations in a SaaS company.

  • Proven track record in financial due diligence, strategic analysis, or business case modeling.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.

  • Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills; SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) are a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a plus).

  • Proven expertise in M&A and fundraising, and actively involved in structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic transactions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or CFA a plus.
