Your Mission

As a Data Engineer, you work closely with Revenue Operations, Product, GTM, and Finance, to make data reliable, accessible, and actionable across the business.

You are the backbone of our data strategy, designing, building, and maintaining the pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, reporting, and AI-driven initiatives. You ensure our data foundation is robust, scalable, and ready to fuel company growth while enabling automation and smarter insights.

Your Job:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources (product, CRM, billing, marketing, etc.).

  • Manage and optimize our data warehouse BigQuery to ensure fast, reliable analytics with DBT.

  • Implement and enforce data quality, performance, security, and governance best practices.

  • Build and maintain data pipelines that supply training and inference data for ML models

  • Build workflows to retrieve intent data with LLMs

  • Support real-time and batch processing use cases.

  • Automate workflows, improve data monitoring, and ensure high availability of data systems.

  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the data engineering ecosystem.

Job requirements

Your Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a SaaS business.

  • Technical Communication, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.

  • Initiative & Ownership, proactively building and maintaining critical data infrastructure.

  • Execution & Reliability, consistently delivering in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer (or similar role).

  • Multiple years of experience with the Data Build Tools.

  • Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with at least one programming language, like Python.

  • Familiar with industry-standard database schemas like Star or Snowflake schemas.

  • Experience with data warehouse technologies and orchestration tools.

  • Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with data security, GDPR, and compliance practices.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business.

  • Exposure to analytics engineering tools like Thoughtspot.

  • Understanding of machine learning pipelines or real-time event streaming.
