Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the Junior Marketing Automation Specialist will provide crucial administrative and operational support to the GTM, Product, and Operations teams. Working closely with the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will help ensure seamless execution of marketing automation processes that drive efficiency and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

In this role, you will assist with integrating and automating business systems, maintaining data hygiene and integrity, and optimizing workflows within our tech stack. You'll support the team's operational needs by helping manage and improve our tech stack, providing tech enablement, and contributing to streamlining the lead-to-cash process. Your focus will be on supporting and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement while building a strong foundation in marketing automation and revenue operations.

Job requirements

Your Job

  • Assist in maintaining data hygiene across marketing automation and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Support the upkeep of CRM structure and workflow hygiene to improve operational efficiency and alignment across teams.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to facilitate lead routing and ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.

  • Monitor product updates and new features for the tools we use, staying informed to recommend workflow improvements or adjustments.

  • Provide onboarding support and tech enablement for new team members, ensuring they are proficient with our CRM and other tooling.

  • Assist in managing integrations between marketing automation platforms, CRM, and other tools to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of documentation for workflows, systems, and processes across managed tools.

Your Qualifications

  • Basic experience working with Hubspot and other tech stack

  • Basic knowledge of Hubspot and integrations with other tech stack

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English language).

  • Familiarity with process automation and a desire to gain hands-on experience.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.

  • Experience with other tools in our stack/and or similar tools: Apollo, UserGems, Nooks (Sales intelligence), Chorus (conversation intelligence)

  • Experience in business intelligence and/or subscription management & billing tools.
