Your Mission

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' learning experiences. You will design, develop, and implement engaging instructional materials that align with our platform’s capabilities and support our users in achieving their goals.

This can be done through various channels, such as the in-app experiences, Help Center, Foleon Academy, webinars, or our own Foleon Docs. The wider marketing team can help with targeting and delivering the content to the right audiences at the right time.

You’ll report to the Director of Customer Marketing. This role will play a crucial role in the GTM department, working closely with the product marketing manager, customer content marketer, and designer, you will help ensure seamless customer learning paths. Key internal stakeholder teams besides Product are Customer Success and Account Management to help prepare our customers for success.

The ideal candidate is creative, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to creating customer learning journeys throughout their lifecycle with Foleon that drive activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.


Your Job

  • Design and develop interactive and multimedia-rich customer learning modules, tutorials, and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles and levels of expertise.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and other stakeholders to gather content and transform it into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.

  • Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to determine the most effective instructional strategies and tools for different learning objectives.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of instructional materials, ensuring they remain up-to-date and relevant in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Apply UX principles to instructional design to create user-friendly and intuitive learning experiences.

  • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials and use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve content.

  • Provide training and support to both internal teams and external customers on how to use


Job requirements

Your Competences

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Commercial mindset to support driving customer revenue growth.

  • Ability to assess learning needs, analyze data, and apply findings to improve instructional materials.

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentaion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.


Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, product marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) (e.g., Chameleon, Appcues, Pendo, WalkMe, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools (video editing software).

  • Great writing skills with a keen eye for design and an ability to think outside the box to create unique and engaging learning experiences.
