Your Mission

Foleon’s leading Content Management Platform empowers business teams to create engaging, intelligent content experiences at scale. It enables the personalization of content for every stage of the customer journey, giving buyers the flexibility to self-educate and consume content at their own pace. By providing valuable audience insights and integrating with Martech tools, Foleon helps transform customer journeys into seamless experiences while ensuring follow-up communication is relevant and timely.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming high-level product initiatives into practical, user-centered solutions that align with our customers' needs. You will focus on maximizing value by ensuring the right features are delivered in the right order, optimizing the product's impact. You will also craft detailed release plans, guiding new features through successful implementation and customer adoption. Working closely with the Product Strategist and Head of Product, you will play a consultative role in prioritizing the roadmap for your module, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient delivery of high-value solutions.


Your Focus

  • Take a customer-driven approach, working closely with stakeholders and customers to gather insights and translate them into a high-impact module plan

  • Translate company strategy and AI vision into clear product direction, priorities, and actionable plans for your team

  • Drive the evolution of the editor towards an AI-first experience, balancing innovation with usability, reliability, and scalability

  • Explore and shape new ways of content creation and consumption, including more adaptive and conversational experiences

  • Work goal-driven and use data and insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product outcomes

  • Prepare and manage shape cycles and team refinements, ensuring clarity, focus, and high-quality output

  • Steer a high-performing, self-organizing team, continuously improving velocity and reducing inefficiencies (including through AI)

  • Apply AI in your daily work (e.g. discovery, analysis, documentation) to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness

  • Identify and implement practical improvements in team workflows, leveraging AI where relevant to reduce repetitive work and increase impact

  • Act as the domain expert and key point of contact for your module, influencing stakeholders and aligning priorities across the organization

  • Maximize the impact for our customers by always having a high-value prepared backlog.

  • Empower the teams to deliver high-quality solutions by guiding them on business value with the right level of information.

  • Efficiently prepared and managed sprints.

  • Regularly monitor and ensure the performance of new features.

  • Provide insights into key performance indicators impacted by new initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Experience with or demonstrable knowledge of agile product management.

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or similar industries.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization with a similar agile product development environment.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity (e.g. in analysis, documentation, discovery, or prototyping)

  • Strong interest in AI and its impact on product development and user experience.

  • Experience working on AI-driven products is a plus.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch is a big plus.

Compensation is determined by a structured leveling framework. Final placement within the published salary band is based on assessed experience, interview performance, and alignment with internal pay equity standards.
