Your Mission

As a Sales Manager at Foleon, you will lead and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives selling into our core ICP segments across EMEA. Your focus is to make what already works work even better: a stronger pipeline, SPICED-qualified opportunities, and consistent execution on both inbound and outbound.

You’ll coach the team to run high-quality discovery and demo calls, and self-generate pipeline through targeted outbound combined with a modern stack of sales tools. The goal is to turn a good EMEA motion into a predictable, scalable, and efficient one, a team that crushes its numbers quarter after quarter.


Your Job

  • Lead, coach, and uplevel a team of EMEA mid-market AEs to hit and exceed ARR targets.

  • Ensure the team runs full-cycle deals (inbound + outbound) using the SPICED methodology.

  • Drive outbound discipline: ICP targeting, sequencing, follow-up, and campaign measurement and review.

  • Run a tight operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal strategy sessions.

  • Leverage modern sales tech (engagement, intent, conversational intelligence, CRM hygiene) to improve pipeline coverage and conversion.

  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and CS to improve lead quality, handoffs, and expansion signals.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing AEs; address underperformance quickly.

Job requirements

Your Competencies & Skills

  • Results Orientation, consistently drive team performance to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets in assigned regions.

  • Pipeline Development & Strategic Prospecting, build and maintains a healthy, outbound-sourced pipeline from high-value ICP accounts.

  • Analytical Thinking & Forecasting, to deliver accurate, defendable sales forecasts and leverage data to guide decision-making.

  • Coaching & Team Development, energize and inspire your team by mentoring and supporting AEs to improve key sales metrics over time, including discovery quality, sales velocity, deal size, and win rates.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building and managing a high-performing sales team (preferably for a Saas Company)

  • Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as both a manager and an individual contributor

  • Experienced selling to enterprise-level accounts as an individual contributor or manager

  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up

  • Experience managing and improving full-cycle account executive KPIs

  • Previous experience selling to MarTech leadership preferred
